This is a 50x40sqft Duplex Modern House Design. On the ground floor, we have designed space for parking, a drawing room, a kitchen with utility, and two bedrooms with attached toilets. On the first floor, we have designed a space for sit-out in balconies, a family lounge, a guest room, and a kid's room with attached toilets, a gym, and a store room.
